10-wk or 5-wk, Rápido or Express?

Want to go slow and steady?

Busy at work or home? Want to go at a slow pace? 10–week (15-hour) courses give you more time to absorb the Spanish, and keep up with homework and memorisation, as classes are only 1.5 hours in length.

Short time frame?

Rápido and Express courses achieve the same as 10-week courses, but in half the time. 

Choose a Rápido if ...

• you have a specific objective in a short time frame
• your work timetable allows for a 3-hr class per week, plus time to do homework and memorisation (we suggest homework time of at least two hours a week for Rápidos)
• you are returning to Spanish study, and don't want to feel bored going over material studied previously, but need to do so in order to move on to a higher level
• you are fluent in another romance language (French, Italian, Portuguese), and wish to progress though basic material quickly
• you are not able to commit to a full 10-week course (travel, work, ...)
• you are able to concentrate for the 3-hr classes (there's a break)!

Choose an Express if you like the above reasons, as well as ...

• you are able to commit to 10 weeks
• you would like to complete two Rápido courses in one go
• you would like the security of the course continuing to complete the two levels

Rápido and Express courses are great because ...

• material is covered more quickly, therefore you feel the progress!
• flexibility - change back to the slower paced courses depending on your timetable
